What each meter counts
Invitations
One invitation is one eligible experience request sent to a customer. Reminders, email fallbacks, retries and repeat views of the same link do not use another invitation.
SMS credits
One credit is one outbound SMS segment. A long message splits into more than one segment, so it uses more than one credit. Invitations and SMS credits are separate meters.
Seats
One seat is one named active team member who can sign in, including the owner. Every plan includes 1 seat; extra seats are +$15/month each on paid plans and are not available on Free.
Allowances are pooled per business for the billing month, never multiplied by users, locations or connectors. Extra seats add no businesses, locations, SMS credits or invitations.
